The club half marathon was run off a little later than ususal this year, Saturday 6 May, but was well timed for T3ers heading for the 70.3 in Switzerland on 11 June. Alan led the group completing the full half marathon distance at the halfway stage, but he was reeled in by Paul Cullen and John O’Leary on the second lap and the duo crossed the finish line together, with Alan in third.
