Training weekend 11 – 13 March 2016

Well done to Anna and Dave for organising a great weekend of Spring training.  The weekend kicked off with a swim on Friday evening in Rathmines pool followed by a quick bite to eat next door in Fifty Two Squared.  Saturday morning was a  Run / Breakfast / Strength and Conditioning with Xela, a physiotherapist and triathlete who specialises in injury prevention.

Sunday was a Bike and Run TT at the Beehive, 40K bike and 4K run (report below), followed by a Quick stop at Avoca in Mount Usher for coffee/breakie.  The weekend finished up with a swim with Pawel in UCD.
